5. To enter a KOMO4 Rewards Sweepstakes online, you must be a registered member of the KOMO4 Rewards program. Members are subject to the Member Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference and can be found at www.KOMO4Rewards.com. You must have already entered your valid name, address, daytime phone number, age and e-mail address in the profile section of www.KOMO4Rewards.com. Sweepstakes are open to KOMO4 Rewards members who are natural persons and legal residents of Washington. There is no cost to become a KOMO4 Rewards member or to enter. The Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to include the specific information relating to each Sweepstakes that can be found on the Sweepstakes Information Page (the "Sweepstakes Information Page").

6. The Sweepstakes shall begin on the start date and all entries must be placed and received within the period specified on the Sweepstakes Information Page (the "Sweepstakes Period"). KOMO4 Rewards may offer multiple Sweepstakes with a variety of Sweepstakes items for which we will select winners. To enter a Sweepstakes, you must submit the required number of Points as specified on the Sweepstakes Information Page, at which time the Points will be deducted from your account. The number of Points required for an entry will be determined separately for each Sweepstakes. An entry will not be valid unless all of the required fields of in the member's profile are completed and the information is valid. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified, except by KOMO4 Rewards.

7. Entries must be received prior to the last entry as indicated by 'Total Entries' equaling 'Entry Reserve' for each individual Sweepstakes Period as indicated on the Sweepstakes Information Page. Entrants must be legal residents of Washington and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of KOMO4 TV, Fisher Corporation, GreenLink Networks, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible. Winners of a prize from KOMO4 Rewards within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible.

8. One (1) winner for each Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period as listed on the Sweepstakes Information Page. All decisions of KOMO4 Rewards regarding winner selection are final. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone on or about the day AFTER the closing date of each Sweepstakes period. KOMO4 Rewards is not responsible for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. KOMO4 Rewards is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of KOMO4 Rewards to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or the Web site or any combination thereof. KOMO4 Rewards is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's computer related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. KOMO4 Rewards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. In the event of cancellation, the prizes may be awarded by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or the points may be returned to entrants. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name the corresponding account is registered to. All decisions regarding the identity of the authorized registrant shall be made by KOMO4 Rewards in its sole discretion.

9. Prizes for Sweepstakes include only those items expressly listed on the Sweepstakes Information Page for the corresponding Sweepstakes. Any costs associated with the use or ownership of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Approximate Retail Value of each prize is specified on the Sweepstakes Information Page. No prize transfers are permitted. No prizes will be refunded or exchanged for cash. If a prize is unavailable, KOMO4 Rewards reserves the sole right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution of prizes is allowed except by KOMO4 Rewards. KOMO4 Rewards will determine if prizes will be mailed to winners or if they will be available for pick-up. For those prizes available for pick-up KOMO4 Rewards will inform winners by email or phone on or about the day AFTER the closing date of each Sweepstakes Period of the dates, times and location at which prizes will be available for pick-up. KOMO4 Rewards will not ship any prizes to addresses outside Washington.

10. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

11. Entry constitutes permission for KOMO4 Rewards, KOMO4 TV and GreenLink Networks to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding this Sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of KOMO4 Rewards, KOMO4 TV, GreenLink Networks and Fisher Corporation without compensation unless prohibited by law.

12. Winner, and where applicable, travel companion, will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Release of Publicity unless prohibited by law, within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim their prize, fails to comply with all rules, is unable to travel or attend event on prize date or fails to respond to the winner notification within seven (7) calendar days of notification, the winner is disqualified and the prize is forfeited. If forfeited, another winner will be selected at random from among the eligible entries.

13. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases KOMO4 Rewards, KOMO4 TV, Fisher Corporation and GreenLink Networks, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
